Pauline is the founder of Reform Pilates, established in 2016. With a passion for movement and well-being, she has dedicated herself to creating a welcoming studio environment where clients can improve strength, flexibility, and posture through tailored Pilates sessions. I am excited to announce the launch of our exclusive wellness retreats, with our inaugural event set for November 2025 in the stunning surroundings of the South Downs. Over the course of 2 transformative days, we will come together to honour strength, resilience, and thriving health—values that have become deeply personal to me as a 15-year survivor of grade 3 breast cancer. who understands how to rebuild and rebuild your physical and mental wellbeing after going through a long course of chemotherapy, radiotherapy, reconstruction and immunotherapy.

This retreat is designed to empower you to push back against disease, encourage longevity, and embrace a life of vitality and purpose. Through carefully curated movement sessions, mindfulness practices, and nourishing experiences, you will reconnect with your body and spirit in a supportive community.

I have successfully maintained my fitness journey through pregnancy and beyond, adapting my routine to support my changing body. As a certified REPs fitness professional trained via Future Fit, I specialise in creating personalised training programs tailored to the unique needs of individuals and small groups. This includes running a well-regarded Ladies Fitness Camp at Tilford Green, where I focus on building strength and confidence. Additionally, qualified as a weight management consultant, and I offer customised dietary advice designed to effectively support and complement your fitness goals. Deeply committed to promoting overall health and well-being, I aim to help you define clear, achievable plans that lead to a sustainable and healthier lifestyle.
